Measure your natural waist at its narrowest point and your hips at their fullest, then compare with the chart. Size M has roughly a 12 in front rise and a 2.5 in inseam with the cuffs rolled. This style tends to run slightly large - between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a closer look.
